Meeting-ready project updates are maintained as Markdown slide decks with repo-native SVG figures. They can be read directly in GitHub or rendered with a Markdown slide renderer that supports Marp frontmatter.

13 August 2026 project update

The presentation covers the nf-fine-mapping workflow, Hailing Ducks and Collector integration, and the Open Targets application refactors for MultiSuSiE, SuSiEx and SuShiE. The final slides contain the complete source and literature reference list.
