IDIC fine-mapping pipeline#

IDIC is an Open Targets workflow for fine-mapping GWAS summary statistics at scale. It uses Nextflow for orchestration, containerized execution, Open Targets Gentropy-compatible data models, and pan-UK Biobank linkage disequilibrium resources.
